After one year period of warranty INOV offer a single or multiyear renewal maintenance for most of major product. This maintenance comes with two options, 9 x 5 coverage from Monday to Friday and 24 x 7 coverage from Monday to Sunday.
Besides those support above the maintenance will include a 30 minutes Callback Response and visitation to location within 2 hours for Critical Fault, 4 hours for Non-critical Fault, and within the same day or the following working day for Minor Fault in Jabodetabek area.
